Getting started

  1. Choose your wearable. Select the RUBENPAY product that fits your lifestyle.
  2. Download the Fidesmo app. Available on iOS and Android.
  3. Connect your wearable. Follow the in-app steps and place the NFC area of your wearable against your phone when prompted.
  4. Add your card. Securely add a supported Visa or Mastercard and complete your bank verification.
  5. Start paying. Tap your wearable anywhere contactless payments are accepted.

NFC positioning

During setup, move the wearable slowly around the NFC area of your phone. On iPhone this is usually near the top edge. On Android it varies by model and is often around the upper or central back of the phone.

Supported banks

RUBENPAY uses Fidesmo Pay. Supported banks and cards depend on Fidesmo Pay availability in your country.

Verification

Your bank may ask you to verify with BankID, SMS, app approval or another security step before activation is completed.
